Join Stryker's Surgical Technologies R&D team as a Staff Mechanical Engineer and help develop the next generation of surgical fluid and smoke management systems. As a senior technical contributor within New Product Development, you will work across the entire product lifecycle, from concept through launch, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, safe, and compliant medical device solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong mechanical design background, systems‑level thinking, and expertise in complex problem solving who is passionate about driving technical innovation, influencing product direction, and mentoring fellow engineers. This is a hybrid role based role in Portage, MI.
United States of America Pay Ranges: USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 10%
