You'll lead AI-driven design projects that deliver growth to our 6.5 million members.

• Use AI-native workflows to make simple and powerful products
• Own products from research and prototype to production
• Work closely with great engineers
• Prototype rapidly, including in code, to test ideas before committing to them
• Use analytics and user research to improve your products
• Work in a design system that you improve as you build

• You've shipped product at a startup or company that has successfully scaled
• Already using AI tools like Cursor, Figma Make and Claude Code
• 2+ years designing products
• Can show a product(s) you've had the largest contribution to that has scaled
• Able to work from a problem towards a clear point of view
• Focus on shipping and learning from real usage
• Good visual and interaction skills
• Able to be a strong individual contributor while collaborating with a strong team
