Registered Nurse Substance Abuse (RN) - Day Shift

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. As an RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. Your passion for addiction treatment and commitment to patient-centered care will make a significant impact on our patients' journeys towards recovery.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and group therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Missouri
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Active listening and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
