We're looking for an experienced, visionary product designer to join our team, collaborate with senior product leadership, and craft a compelling design vision that aligns with our ambitious strategy. Key Responsibilities Hands‑On Design Execution: Deliver high‑quality designs throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and polished user experiences. Information Architecture: Elevate our product's information architecture to enhance clarity, intuitiveness, and user satisfaction. User‑Centric Research: Partner with Product to conduct meaningful user research, understand user behaviors, and translate insights into intuitive design decisions. Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to iterate rapidly, validate ideas, and deliver outstanding user‑centric designs. Strategic Design Leadership: Partner with product management to translate Sybill's vision into an inspiring design strategy. Create compelling visuals that showcase this future to customers. Minimum Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years as a product designer, with significant B2B SaaS product design experience; startup experience highly preferred. Design Expertise: Deep proficiency in UX/UI design, information architecture, and interaction design; strong portfolio showing successful solutions to complex problems. Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop high‑level design vision aligned with product strategy, balanced with hands‑on execution. Ownership Mindset: Strong personal accountability, with initiative to drive business impact. Mentorship & Leadership: Experience mentoring or managing designers, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred AI & Generative AI: Experience designing for AI‑driven products or strong familiarity with generative AI technologies. Sales Empathy: Understanding of sales workflows and tools, with ability to empathize with sales teams' challenges and goals.
